- How much does it costs to design a banner?
- Our banner design cost depends on the type and size of the banner that you have ordered.
Please have a look at our pricing page for detailed rates for each banner size and type.
- How long will it take? when will my banner be ready?
- After you submit your order, we will email you confirming your order, and telling you how long our current turn around time is.
Your banner will usually be delivered under 2 days but during busy periods it can take up to 4 days.
- How do I place an order for banner design?
- Click here to fill in our order form. You will be asked to provide some information to help us design your banner, such as the banner size and text to be used along with any colour prefrances you may have. Once you submit your information you will be taken to PayPal so that you can complete the order with payment.
- How can I pay for my banner? What payment methods do you accept?
- All Banner payments are processed through PayPal.
- May I ask for changes to the banner you designed? If so, how many?
- Yes, of course. You can ask for changes or amendments to the banner we design for you.
Normally we get to the "satisfaction" point after one or two revisions, but if necessary we will amend the banner
five times.
- What if after you have designed my banner I don't like it and don't plan on using it? Will I lose my money ?
- Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we will try to design a different proposal for you if you are not happy with the initial banner, if after a few attempts and modifications you are still not satisfied, we will refund your payment to you in full.
- Do you offer discounts?
- Yes! we have four diffrent banner combo packages available, each combo package offering you huge discounts on volume orders, if you wish to order a large quantity of banners do not hesitate to contact us to work out a special package.
- Will my banners be animated?
- All banners are animated, however if you would like your banner to be static (non-animated), then please mention this on the order form.
- Do you accept orders with adult content?
- Yes, we make adult banners, as long as they do not exceed legal or moral bounds.
- Do i get the PSD flie for my banner?
- All Banner orders include the PSD Files!
